"In the fall of 2017, I was making some major life changes, I had recently stopped working, I was looking at an empty nest in less than 2 years and I was overweight (really overweight), tired and weak. In fact, my muscle tone was practically non-existent. A few people had told me about Bolt and I saw ads on Facebook, so I got up my courage and went in to see Mike.

From the start, Mike was friendly, supportive and seemed like the type of guy who would not judge, just simply encourage me, so I took a chance and signed up for a 21 day Jump-Start.

We work with members in three different training settings. During your 1-on-1 Starting Point Session, we will help you determine which setting or settings are most appropriate for you.
Do you prefer personal training, but don't want to pay personal training prices? Do you have specific goals, needs, or injury considerations? Do you prefer a more individual coaching experience or a smaller environment? Semi-private training provides a 1-on-1 personal training experience in a small group setting. 

This is not a class where everyone completes the same training program. You will work closely with a coach to develop an individualized training program specific to you and your goals.

Come in, shut your brain off for 45 minutes, listen for the bell, and sweat.

Sweat classes combine cardiovascular training and low impact strength training in a 45 minute circuit to for a big "bang-for-your-buck" training option.  Kick-start your metabolism, burn calories, and get your sweat on in a high-energy, motivating environment.
Lean muscle is the foundation for long-term health and fat-loss.  Without a healthy level of lean muscle (not so much that you become bulky!), it becomes much more difficult for us to burn body-fat and burn calories.

Have you noticed, as you get older, it keeps getting harder and harder to keep the body fat off? That's because after age 40, we lose 10% of our muscle mass EACH DECADE!

Strength classes will help you avoid this problem. Build lean muscle and keep the body fat off in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
