What separates us from the rest of the world, is that we have dedicated our entire lives to figuring out the best way to navigate this health and fitness stuff. On top of the countless hours of formal education (we all have degrees in the field) and even more hours of continuing education (an hour a day, every day, forever...), we've spent thousands of hours coaching people of all ages, weights, colors, and backgrounds on how to create healthier lifestyles.
We've seen it all. We've seen the fads come and go. We've seen people succeed, and seen people fail.
We have no agenda. We don't push any products. We aren't married to any one particular method. It's not "our way" or the highway.
